Father Psalm is a one-man show about my dad, who passed away in 1993. Although losing my father to emphysema was devastating, the last three months that I spent with him were extraordinarily meaningful for the two of us. We both suffered from breathing diseases-- he from emphysema, myself from asthma-- and through this unusual bond, we became closer.
Father Psalm celebrates that bond, and explores the importance of every breath we take.
Whether your group or organization is interested in smoking prevention, family stories, or intimate theatre, I hope you will consider bringing Father Psalm to your area. The simplicity of a one-man show and the universality of this story make Father Psalm a perfect match for schools, community organizations, and conferences.
