I am a professor of Library and Information Science at the Indiana University School of Library and Information Science in Bloomington,Indiana.

 

My current research focuses on information seeking and use by humanities scholars; I am particularly interested in how information technologies affect these scholars’ perceptions of and interactions with sources of information. I also have studied academic and scholarly communication using indirect measures such as bibliometrics.
