The Spiny Eel

Mastacembalus armatus

(Tyre-track eel)

I keep this eel in brackish water, feed her Wardley's Shrimp Pellets, and give her tunnels to hide in. Every night when I get home when she hears me walking across the tile floor, she comes out. She is about five years old.
