2003 - Present Senior Oracle Database/Unix System Administrator n Provide all levels of support: Install Oracle, create databases and schemas, complete backups using RMAN and attend to the specific requests of multiple customers in IU’s Research community. Compiled open-source software, updated the operating system, managed support contracts, installed and supported software including SSH, Veritas, Raid Manager, SPSS, PBS and evaluated failures and replaced hardware.
