Welcome to Kappa Alpha Theta at Indiana University! Nationally, the bond of Theta Sisterhood is strong, consisting of magnificent women around the world who share the same values and truly encompass the meaning of Theta Love.
As a chapter, we are especially proud of our philanthropic and academic successes. Between hosting our philanthropy, the Little Trike Hundred, maintaining the highest GPA on campus, and participating in more than 40 different campus activities (including IU Dance Marathon, IU Student Foundation, College Mentors for Kids, Greek Week, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Habitat for Humanity), we are always engaged.
Along with our hard work and dedication, we love to relax and have fun! We entertain a full social calendar loaded with formals and themed dances, tailgating, date parties, paired events, and of course, the Little 500. We certainly enjoy nights out with friends, but we always make time for a night in with popcorn or breadsticks and a good movie with our sisters.
As the President of the Beta chapter, I am truly honored to represent the women of Kappa Alpha Theta. Every member of our Fraternity lights up IU's campus with her unique involvement and Theta Love. I could not be more proud of each individual member of our fraternity. As you further indulge into our website, you will begin to crack open the window as to what it means to be a Beta Theta, encompassing all we strive for and our zest for life! Enjoy!
Theta love and all of mine,
Kacey McArthur
